Milk as a Cleanser

Posted by: shells15 on: July 16, 2009

Milk is a great cleanser and can be used in place of soaps and face wash, especially by those who have sensitive skin.

I have acne-prone combination skin, so I often use milk in the morning and evening in place of face wash. Full cream milk is good for dry skin, otherwise go for toned/double toned or skim milk.

Milk can also be used in face mask and  scrub recipes.
